This collage concoction is made of a bevy of hand-painted papers, so that the finished piece is full of textures from art tissue to drawing weight paper to heavy brown paper. Then the piece was embellished with more ink and paint. The 4 x 10” artwork was made on watercolor paper, which was then adhered to a recessed wooden frame that has been painted to complement the art . The total dimensions of the piece are 6 x 12 x 1 1/2”.
