This printing technique uses water-soluble block printing ink on a handmade gelatin plate. I’ve printed multiple layers, so that each print is unique even though I create a series of prints, repeating a handmade stencil in new ways on another print. After the piece is dry, I add colored pencil, pen and ink. The process produces a delicate, even subtle result.

The artwork is 5x7” and comes mounted in a white 8x10” mat, so you can slip the piece into your own 8x10” frame.
